I've been thinking about making several of the items listed on "Top 100 Tutorials of 2008" that Char Coester linked to back on January 5th. I've finally completely one - The Heather Bailey "Square Deal Pincushion" (pictured). Hooray! This is the first thing I have actually made this year. I want to try to make the "5 minute Skirt" next but I am having trouble finding FOE in Utah. I always find links to such great sites blogs. Now I am a big fan of the Angry Chicken and Hello My Name is Heather - lots of fun and very inspiring!

iLOVE the pincushion. That's been on my list of things to make forever. So long, in fact, that I bought the quilting magazine it originally came out in before it was a freebie on the web. Maybe this week?

That is SOOOO cute! I love the colors you chose! If I thought I could pull it off, I might attempt it, but I know myself too well and think it would take me forever and eventually I would give up.
