Sarah wanted to watch P.S. I LoVE yOu with her friends over the weekend so I gave her some cash and sent her out to Blockbuster to get it on DVD. Edgardo and I had already seen it a few months earlier but I had forgotten about how it affected me the first time. WoW! Weeping and wailing and several tissues... Edgardo slept through most of it but I was weeping into a ball of kleenex and making a fool of myself. Good times, good times. The film has a really great soundtrack but then I love Irish accents and Irish music in general. I don't really have a reason for this affinity but I am quite fond of all things Gaelic; it's probably a genetic throwback from some ancient ancestor - there is a bit of that in my blood though certainly it is a very small bit. I added several of the songs from the soundtrack to my playlist today; I expect I'll run it in the background so I can have a listen.

Lisa!!!!! I had no idea you had a blog. Steven had it opened on our computer, then he walked away and I sat down and took over. I love it. I saw that movie and liked it. It was a kleenex movie. Love ya sis
I guess I am too much like Edgardo. I need to watch movies like that when I am mucho awake. I struggled and found myself upset at her for being so self-destructive when it came to how she fought with him all the time while he was around.
I know that I have my own issues, but I guess some things women just relate to better. I am a bit too stoical for how I would deal with what she went through.
